Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing a semi-aromatic polyamide and a semi-aromatic polyamide. The method for producing the semi-aromatic polyamide comprises: step 1, forming a slurry by mixing an initial charge of a diamine and a dibasic acid with an amine/acid molar ratio being less than 1.0 and water as well as a catalyst, heating the slurry and dissolving same into a salt solution; step 2, detecting the composition of the salt solution, then dehydrating the salt solution, detecting the content of the diamine in steam condensate discharged from the dehydrating device, and using a molten diamine and a molecular weight regulator monobasic acid to adjust the amine/acid molar ratio to more than 1.0, so as to perform prepolymerization; and step 3, reducing the pressure of a prepolymerization reaction liquid and performing flash evaporation to perform post-polycondensation. The semi-aromatic polyamide product prepared in the method has a low gel content and excellent properties, and is suitable for a wide range of applications.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un polyamide semi-aromatique et un polyamide semi-aromatique. Le procédé de production du polyamide semi-aromatique comprend : étape 1, la formation d'une bouillie par mélange d'une charge initiale d'une diamine et d'un acide dibasique avec un rapport molaire amine/acide inférieur à 1,0 et de l'eau ainsi qu'un catalyseur, chauffage de la suspension et dissolution de celle-ci dans une solution saline ; étape 2, détection de la composition de la solution saline, puis déshydratation de la solution saline, détection du contenu de la diamine dans le condensat de vapeur évacué du dispositif de déshydratation, et utilisation d'une diamine fondue et d'un acide monobasique régulateur de poids moléculaire pour ajuster le rapport molaire amine/acide à plus de 1,0, de manière à effectuer une prépolymérisation ; et étape 3, réduction de la pression d'un liquide de réaction de prépolymérisation et réalisation d'une évaporation flash pour effectuer une post-polycondensation. Le produit de polyamide semi-aromatique préparé dans le procédé présente une faible teneur en gel et d'excellentes propriétés, et est approprié pour une large gamme d'applications.
(ZH) 一种半芳香族聚酰胺生产方法及半芳香族聚酰胺,所述半芳香族聚酰胺生产方法包括:步骤1,将二元胺与二元酸按照胺酸摩尔比小于1.0的初始投料,与水、及催化剂形成浆料,浆料经升温、溶解形成盐溶液;步骤2,检测所述盐溶液的组成之后,将所述盐溶液脱水,检测脱水装置中出来的蒸汽冷凝水中的二元胺的含量,用熔融二元胺和分子量调节剂一元酸调整胺酸摩尔比至大于1.0,进行预聚反应;步骤3,预聚反应液经减压闪蒸后进行后缩聚反应。该方法制备的半芳香族聚酰胺产品凝胶含量低,性能优异,适用领域广泛。
