Title: ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT TOUCH DISPLAY PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, AND DISPLAY DEVICE
Abstract:
An organic electroluminescent touch display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The organic electroluminescent touch display panel comprises: a base substrate (1); a plurality of touch detection units (3) provided on the base substrate (1), each touch detection unit (3) comprising at least one photosensitive element (2); and signal input lines (4) and signal output lines (5) provided on the base substrate (1) and having one-to-one correspondence to the touch detection units (3). The signal input lines (4) are connected to an input end of the photosensitive element (2) in the corresponding touch detection unit (3), and are configured to load touch detection signals. The signal output lines (5) are connected to an output end of the photosensitive element (2) in the corresponding touch detection unit (3), and are configured to output current of the photosensitive element, so that a touch circuit can identify a touch operation according to the current change of the photosensitive element. According to the present invention, the design of integrating a touch element inside a display panel is achieved on the organic electroluminescent display device. Compared to the common organic electroluminescent display device, the design of the present invention has smaller box thickness.
