Title: DUAL PARALLEL POSITIONING MECHANISM FOR SEATED RADIOTHERAPY
Abstract:
A sitting-posture fixing device for particle radiotherapy. The sitting-posture fixing device comprises: a first parallel mechanism (100), a rotary mechanism (200), a second parallel mechanism (300), and a flange disk (401). The first parallel mechanism (100), the rotary mechanism (200), and the second parallel mechanism (300) are connected in that order from bottom to top. The flange disk (401) is fixedly provided on the second parallel mechanism (300) and is used for installation of a therapy chair. The first parallel mechanism (100) is used for limiting the degree of freedom of the flange disk (401) in a Z-axis direction. The rotary mechanism (200) is used for limiting the degree of freedom of the flange disk (401) rotating around the Z axis. The second parallel mechanism (300) is used for limiting the degrees of freedom of the flange disk (401) in X- and Y-axis directions. The first parallel mechanism (100), the rotary mechanism (200), and the second parallel mechanism (300) work together to control the position of the therapy chair in X-, Y-, and Z-axis space, realizing precision seated radiotherapy and resolving the common technical issues of a lying-posture treatment apparatus in the prior art that arise because of treatment requirements, including a large volume, a complex structure, high costs, and unsuitability for large-scale promotion.
