Abstract:
A system for remotely controlling automatic positioning of an RTG crane, comprising a processor (2), a crane (7), a trolley (8) and a lifter (9), further comprising a control center (1), a first bay position identification device (3), an absolute value encoder (6) and a laser scanner (10), the first bay position identification device (3), absolute value encoder (6) and laser scanner (10) being connected to the control center (1) respectively by means of the processor (2), the first bay position identification device (3) comprising a read-write head (4) and a code carrier body (5). The system achieves the automatic positioning of the crane by using the laser scanner (10), bay position identification device, PLC and the other equipment to perform remote control, thereby avoiding collision between the cranes (7) in a storage yard or between the crane and an obstacle on the traveling rail, ensuring the operation security of the crane (7), and improving the operation efficiency.
