Abstract:
Provided is a photovoltaic assembly, comprising: a front plate (100), a back plate (200) and a battery assembly (300). The battery assembly is fixed in a sealing cavity formed by the front plate and the back plate; the battery assembly comprises at least one battery string (310), and two or more battery strings are arranged in parallel and at intervals in the sealing cavity. In the photovoltaic assembly, between the battery assembly and the front plate or the back plate is a separable-type contact, and between the battery strings in the battery assembly are also separable-type connections. When a problem occurs in a certain battery unit in a battery string, or in the front plate or the rear plate, it can be replaced individually, and other materials without problems can continue to be used, thereby fully utilizing the still usable battery units and raw materials in the assembly, reducing wastage of resources, realizing the valuation of production energy consumption, and reducing the overall production cost of the assembly. Further provided is an encapsulation method for the photovoltaic assembly.
