Abstract:
A PFC forward conversion half bridge-based smart sine wave voltage conversion circuit. The circuit comprises: an input rectifying and filtering unit (10); a PFC boosting unit (20); an isolation two-transistor forward converter (30) comprising a first switch transistor (Q6), a second switch transistor (Q7), a first diode (D3), a second diode (D2), a third diode (D5), a fourth diode (D8), a transformer (T1), and a filtering inductor (L3); and a phase-inversion inverter unit (60) comprising a fourth switch transistor (Q2), a fifth switch transistor (Q4), a third electrolytic capacitor (C3), a fourth electrolytic capacitor (C4), and a first filtering inductor (L4), wherein gates of the fourth switch transistor (Q2) and the fifth switch transistor (Q4) are respectively used to connect to two PWM pulse signals having inverted phases, a source of the fourth switch transistor (Q2) is connected to a front end of the first filtering inductor (L4), a negative electrode of the third electrolytic capacitor (C3) is connected to a positive electrode of the fourth electrolytic capacitor (C4), and a rear end of the first filtering inductor (L4) and the negative electrode of the electrolytic capacitor (C3) are used as output ends of the phase-inversion inverter unit (60). The present invention improves a PF value and the quality of an output voltage.
