Abstract

An energy saving and emission reduction device for a diesel engine, comprising a machine shell (4). The machine shell is provided with an ozone generation device and a negative ion generator (12). The ozone generation device and the negative ion generator meet the following condition: for every 100 increase in the horsepower of a diesel engine, the generation amount of ozone of the ozone generation device is increased by 2-4 grams, and the instant generation amount of negative ions of the negative ion generator is increased by 6,000,000-8,000,000 per cubic centimeter. After the energy saving and emission reduction device is mounted, the diesel fuel saving rate of a diesel engine is increased by 15-20%, the exhaust emission is reduced by 70-85%, and the power is improved by one gear level on average.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'économie d'énergie et de réduction d'émissions pour un moteur diesel, comprenant une coque (4) de machine. La coque de machine est pourvue d'un dispositif de production d'ozone et d'un générateur (12) d'ions négatifs. Le dispositif de production d'ozone et le générateur d'ions négatifs satisfont à la condition suivante : pour chaque augmentation de 100 chevaux-vapeur d'un moteur diesel, la quantité de production d'ozone du dispositif de production d'ozone est augmentée de 2 à 4 g, et la quantité de production instantanée d'ions négatifs du générateur d'ions négatifs est augmentée de 6 millions à 8 millions par centimètre cube. Après que le dispositif d'économie d'énergie et de réduction d'émissions est monté, le taux d'économie de carburant diesel d'un moteur diesel est augmenté de 15 à 20 %, l'émission de gaz d'échappement est réduite de 70 à 85 %, et la puissance est améliorée par un niveau de vitesse en moyenne.
