Disclosed are a rotation mold release mechanism including a rotation release unit and a plurality of dental core units which surround the rotation release unit, wherein the rotation release unit includes a rifle line (11) and a rifle line sleeve (12) that is sleeved on the rifle line (11),and matched internal and external threads are provided on the inside of the rifle line sleeve (12) and the outside of the rifle line (11) respectively, a main gear (14) is provided on the outer side of a bearing (13), the outer side of dental cores (15) is provided with a slave gear (18), and the dental cores (15) is linked with the rotation release unit via gear engagement, and an injection molding machine. Reciprocating movement of the rifle line (11) rotates the rifle line sleeve (12), the bearing (13) and the main gear (14), and then drives the dental core (15) to rotate to drive the product back by the dental core (15) under the association of the thread guiding structure of the dental sleeve ( 17) at the bottom of the dental core (15). Due to the function of the rotation stop gear of dental core insert (16), the product does not follow the rotation, thus achieving the purpose of rotation release of the core, and realizing simultaneous operation of product release and mold opening, which greatly improves production efficiency.

L'invention concerne un mécanisme de libération de moule d'une rotation comprenant une unité de libération de rotation et une pluralité d'unités de noyaux dentaires qui entourent l'unité de libération de rotation, l'unité de libération de rotation comprenant une ligne de tir (11) et un manchon de ligne de tir (12) qui est emmanché sur la ligne de tir (11), et des filetages internes et externes appariés étant disposés sur l'intérieur du manchon de ligne de tir (12) et l'extérieur de la ligne de tir (11) respectivement, un engrenage principal (14) étant disposé du côté extérieur d'un palier (13), le côté extérieur des noyaux dentaires (15) étant pourvu d'un engrenage esclave (18), et les noyaux dentaires (15) étant reliés à l'unité de libération de rotation par l'intermédiaire d'un engrènement d'engrenage, et une machine de moulage par injection. Le mouvement de va-et-vient de la ligne de tir (11) fait tourner le manchon de ligne de tir (12), le palier (13) et l'engrenage principal (14), puis amène le noyau dentaire (15) à tourner pour ramener le produit par le noyau dentaire (15) sous l'association de la structure de guidage à filet du manchon dentaire (17) au fond du noyau dentaire (15). Du fait du fonctionnement de l'engrenage d'arrêt de rotation de l'insert de noyau dentaire (16), le produit ne suit pas la rotation, ce qui permet d'atteindre le but de libération de la rotation du noyau, et de réaliser une opération simultanée de libération de produit et d'ouverture de moule, ce qui améliore considérablement l'efficacité de production.

一种旋脱退模机构及注塑机,包括旋脱单元和多个牙芯单元,多个牙芯单元环绕于旋脱单元;旋脱单元包括来复线(11)、来复线司套(12),来复线司套(12)套接于来复线(11),来复线司套(12)内侧与来复线(11)外侧对应设有相适配的内螺纹和外螺纹,轴承(13)外侧设有主齿轮(14);牙芯(15)外侧设有从齿轮(18),牙芯(15)通过齿轮啮合与旋脱单元联动。通过来复线(11)的往复运动,使来复线司套(12)、轴承(13)及主齿轮(14)转动,再带动牙芯(15)旋转,配合牙芯(15)底部的牙套(17)的螺纹导向结构,使牙芯(15)带动产品后退,由于牙芯镶件(16)的止转齿轮的作用不会跟随转动,因而达到旋脱抽芯的目的,实现了产品脱模与模具开模同步进行,大大提高了生产效率。
