Title: ALUMINUM PASTE WITH PERMEABILITY FOR BACK SURFACE FIELD OF SOLAR CELL, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF
Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of aluminum pastes for the back surface field of a solar cell, and particularly relates to an aluminum paste with permeability for the back surface field of a solar cell, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The aluminum paste comprises an aluminum powder, an auxiliary permeation agent, a coupling agent, a binder and an organic carrier. A passivation layer is formed on the back surface of the cell, the aluminum paste is directly subjected to screen printing to form an electrode membrane on the passivation surface and is dried, and the aluminum paste is thus allowed to permeate into the substrate surface of the solar cell, thereby forming a good ohmic contact.
