Abstract:
(EN) An elastic alloy and a preparation method therefor. The elastic alloy comprises rubber powders, a thermoplastic resin, a peroxide initiator, and an interfacial modifier; the rubber powders account for 52 wt%-57 wt% of the total weight of the elastic alloy, and the thermoplastic resin accounts for 35 wt%-41 wt% of the total weight of the elastic alloy. The preparation method comprises: (1) crushing a rubber material into rubber powders, and sieving and drying the rubber powders; (2) mixing the rubber powders with a thermoplastic resin, a peroxide initiator, and an interfacial modifier to obtain a mixture, wherein the rubber powders account for 52 wt%-57 wt% of the total weight of the mixture, and the thermoplastic resin accounts for 35 wt%-41 wt% of the total weight of the mixture, and putting the mixture into an internal mixer or a twin-screw extruder to synthesize an elastic alloy; and (3) performing granulating and injection molding to obtain a product.
(FR) L'invention concerne un alliage élastique et son procédé de préparation. L'alliage élastique comprend des poudres de caoutchouc, une résine thermoplastique, un initiateur peroxydique et un modificateur interfacial ; les poudres de caoutchouc représentent de 52 % massiques à 57 % massiques du poids total de l'alliage élastique, et la résine thermoplastique représente 35 % massiques à 41 % massiques du poids total de l'alliage élastique. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes : (1) broyage d'un matériau de caoutchouc en poudres de caoutchouc, puis tamisage et séchage des poudres de caoutchouc ; (2) mélange des poudres de caoutchouc avec une résine thermoplastique, un initiateur peroxydique et un modificateur interfacial pour obtenir un mélange, les poudres de caoutchouc représentant 52 % massiques à 57 % massiques du poids total du mélange, et la résine thermoplastique représentant 35 % massiques à 41 % massiques du poids total du mélange, puis dépôt du mélange dans un mélangeur interne ou une extrudeuse à double vis pour synthétiser un alliage élastique ; et (3) réalisation d'une granulation et d'un moulage par injection pour obtenir un produit.
