Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a button battery and a manufacturing method therefor. The button battery comprises a case, wherein a plurality of positive electrode plates and negative electrode plates are arranged inside the case, the positive electrode plates and negative electrode plates are stacked to form a columnar battery core, and the positive electrode plates and the negative electrode plates are respectively connected to the case by means of current collectors. The manufacturing method for the button battery involves: respectively coating positive electrode plates and negative electrode plates with an active material, and connecting a first current collector, connected to the positive electrode plates, to a case by means of an aluminium foil; connecting a second current collector, connected to the negative electrode plates, to the case by means of a copper foil; and sheathing a columnar battery core with a seal ring, baking the columnar battery core, and carrying out liquid injection, sealing, formation and capacity grading. In the present invention, there are a plurality of both positive electrode plates and negative electrode plates, and each of the positive electrode plates and negative electrode plates is provided with an electrode tab. Since a plurality of electrode tabs are used for current conduction, the battery has reduced internal resistance and a strong high current discharge performance. The positive electrode plates and the negative electrode plates in the present invention are stacked in an alternate manner at intervals, and therefore, the height of the battery is controllable.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une pile bouton et son procédé de fabrication. La pile bouton comprend un boîtier, une pluralité d'électrodes planes positives et négatives étant disposées dans le boîtier et empilées de façon à former un noyau de pile en colonne, et étant respectivement connectées au boîtier au moyen de collecteurs de courant. Le procédé de fabrication de la pile bouton consiste : à revêtir respectivement des électrodes planes positives et négatives à l'aide d'un matériau actif, puis à connecter un premier collecteur de courant, connecté aux électrodes planes positives, à un boîtier au moyen d'une feuille d'aluminium ; à connecter un second collecteur de courant, connecté aux électrodes planes négatives, au boîtier au moyen d'une feuille de cuivre ; à gainer un noyau de pile en colonne à l'aide d'une bague d'étanchéité, à cuire le noyau de pile en colonne, puis à effectuer une injection de liquide, une étanchéification, une formation et un classement de capacité. La présente invention comprend une pluralité d'électrodes planes positives et négatives, chacune des électrodes planes positives et négatives étant pourvue d'une languette d'électrode. Étant donné qu'une pluralité de languettes d'électrode servent à une conduction de courant, la pile possède une résistance interne réduite et un bon fonctionnement de décharge de courant élevé. Les électrodes planes positives et négatives de la présente invention sont empilées en alternance à intervalles et, par conséquent, la hauteur de la pile peut être régulée.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种纽扣电池及其制造方法,纽扣电池包括壳体,在壳体内设置有多个正极片和负极片,各正极片与负极片层叠形成柱状电芯,各正极片和负极片分别通过集流体与壳体连接;纽扣电池制造方法,在正极片和负极片上分别涂覆活性材料,将与各正极片连接的第一集流体通过铝箔与壳体连接;将与各负极片连接的第二集流体通过铜箔与壳体连接;对柱状电芯套置密封圈,柱状电芯烘烤并进行注液,封口,化成,分容。本发明的正极片和负极片均为多个,在每一正极片和负极片上均设置有极耳,由于采用多个极耳进行导流,因此电池内阻减小,大电流放电能力强。本发明的正极片和负极片采用间隔穿插层叠的方式,因此电池高度可控。
