Abstract:
(EN) A paper-free transfer printing method, comprising: a) printing an aqueous ink on a temporary carrier by means of a printing machine, the surface of the temporary carrier being made out of an elastic high-polymer material and its critical surface tension being 25-45 mN/m, the surface tension of the aqueous ink being less than the critical surface tension; b) drying a pattern to be transferred on the temporary carrier; c) wetting the temporary carrier using an aqueous surface tension improvement solution, so that the aqueous ink printed on the temporary carrier dissolves or disperses in the aqueous surface tension improvement solution to form an aqueous solution or an aqueous dispersion when the temporary carrier and a fabric tightly fit to each other to transfer the pattern, the surface tension of the aqueous solution or aqueous dispersion being greater than the critical surface tension of the temporary carrier and smaller than the surface tension of fabric fibers; and d) separating the aqueous solution or the aqueous dispersion from the temporary carrier at the fitting position between the temporary carrier and the fabric, so that the aqueous ink dye is transferred to the fabric fibers.
(FR) La présente invention a trait à un procédé d'impression par transfert sans papier consistant à : a) imprimer une encre aqueuse sur un support temporaire au moyen d'une machine d'impression, la surface du support temporaire étant constituée d'un matériau élastique à haute teneur en polymère et sa tension de surface critique étant de 25-45 mN/m, la tension de surface de l'encre aqueuse étant inférieure à la tension de surface critique ; b) sécher un motif à transférer sur le support temporaire ; c) mouiller le support temporaire à l'aide d'une solution aqueuse d'amélioration de la tension de surface, de telle sorte que l'encre aqueuse imprimée sur le support temporaire se dissout ou se disperse dans la solution aqueuse d'amélioration de la tension de surface pour former une solution aqueuse ou une dispersion aqueuse lorsque le support temporaire et un tissu s'ajustent étroitement l'un à l'autre pour transférer le motif, la tension de surface de la solution aqueuse ou de la dispersion aqueuse étant supérieure à la tension de surface critique du support temporaire et inférieure à la tension de surface des fibres de tissu ; et d) séparer la solution aqueuse ou la dispersion aqueuse du support temporaire au niveau de la position d'ajustement entre le support temporaire et le tissu, de telle sorte que le colorant d'encre aqueuse est transféré aux fibres de tissu.
