Abstract:
(EN) A pixel unit structure and a display device. The pixel unit structure comprises a thin film transistor (110) formed on a substrate base (100), as well as a first insulating layer (121), a first transparent electrode layer (141), a second insulating layer (122), and a second transparent electrode layer (142) formed on the thin film transistor (110) in order from bottom to up. The first transparent electrode layer (141) and the second transparent electrode layer (142) form a storage capacitor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure d'unité de pixels et un dispositif d’affichage. La structure d'unité de pixel comprend un transistor à couches minces (110) formé sur une base de substrat (100), ainsi qu'une première couche isolante (121), une première couche d'électrode transparente (141), une seconde couche isolante (122), et une seconde couche d'électrode transparente (142) formée sur le transistor à couches minces (110) dans l'ordre de bas en haut. La première couche d'électrode transparente (141) et la seconde couche d'électrode transparente (142) forment un condensateur de stockage.
