Abstract:
An inbuilt conductor continuous aluminium frame anode aluminium electrolytic bath, solving the problems of existing aluminium electrolytic baths of poor electrical and thermal conductivity and exhaust capacity, high energy consumption, complex operation, poor electrolytic bath stability, the large amount of asphalt fumes and the difficulty of collecting same, the difficulty of electrolytic fume purification, the low variety and poor quality of produced products, and the effects on the integrity of the anode. Comprising an aluminium frame anode and cathode (1), the aluminium frame anode comprising an aluminium frame (2), the thickness of the walls of the aluminium frame being 0.1-5 cm, carbon material (3) and a plurality of conductors (4) being arranged in the aluminium frame (2), the four sides of the aluminium frame (2) being provided with a clamping frame (5) and a clamping frame I (6), a plurality of upright anode guide rods (7) being arranged between the aluminium frame and both the clamping frame (5) and clamping frame I (6), an anode crossbeam bus bar (8) being arranged on the anode guide rods (7) and being connected to same, and a shelling and discharging exhaust mechanism (9) being arranged around the periphery of the aluminium frame (2). The present invention greatly reduces power consumption, improves current efficiency, and improves the stability and yield of the electrolytic bath.
