An air environment pollution detector comprises a housing (1). A circuit cavity (12) and a battery cavity (13) are disposed in the housing (1). A control circuit is arranged in the circuit cavity (12), and the control circuit comprises a main control chip and a communication antenna for communication. The communication antenna is in signal connection with the main control chip. The air environment pollution detector also comprises a carbon dioxide concentration detector (14) and a formaldehyde concentration detector (15) disposed on the surface of the housing (1). The carbon dioxide concentration detector (14) and the formaldehyde concentration detector (15) are in signal connection with the main control chip signal. A battery is disposed in the battery cavity (13), and is used for supplying power to the control circuit. The air environment quality detection device can implement convenient detection by means of a proper layout arrangement, and wirelessly transmits information to a handset terminal or other receiving devices.
