Title: ARC WELDING CONTROL METHOD, CONTROL SYSTEM AND ARC WELDING ROBOT
Abstract:
An arc welding control method comprises: reading a moving track of a welding gun moving from a start point to an arcing point (S1); obtaining a movement time length required when the welding gun moves according to the moving track (S2); determining whether the movement time length is greater than a preset air supply time length when air is supplied in advance (S3); if yes, controlling the welding gun to move starting from the start point according to the moving track, and starting supplying air by delaying a preset time period from the time point, until the welding gun moves to the arcing point, the preset time period being not greater than a difference between the movement time length and an air supply time length (S4); if not, controlling the welding gun to move starting from the start point according to the moving track, and starting supplying air on the time point at the same time, and continuing to supplying air after the welding gun moves to the arcing point and stops, unit the air supply length is reached (S5); and after the air supply ends, sending current and voltage parameters to a welding machine and controlling the welding machine to carry out arcing (S6). Also provided are a control system for supplying air for arc welding in advance, and an arc welding robot. The control method and the system and the arc welding robot shorten the time of the arc welding operation and effectively improve the control efficiency.
