Abstract:
Disclosed are a mode switching warning circuit and method for a robot, and a robot, which can save on time, improve the reliability of a robot, prolong the service life of the robot and improve the customer experience. The mode switching warning circuit for a robot comprises: a first internal PLC circuit (1) directly connected to a key switch and used for receiving a warning signal generated when the key switch switches from an automatic state to a manual state, and transmitting, after converting the warning signal, same to a communication card (2); the communication card (2) for converting the converted warning signal to warning data and then sending same, by means of an industrial personal computer, to robot control software (RCS) (3); the RCS (3) for receiving the warning data and then sending a control signal to a second internal PLC circuit (4), and also sending a shield signal to a security module (5); the second internal PLC circuit (4) connected to the industrial personal computer and used for receiving the signal and controlling disconnection of a contactor according to the control signal; and the security module (5) connected to the key switch and the industrial personal computer respectively and used for receiving the warning signal and not controlling disconnection of the contactor when the shield signal is still received within a pre-set delay time.
