Abstract:
(EN) A plain bearing (10) is provided. The plain bearing (10) is provided with a shaft hole (16) through which a rotary shaft passes. The plain bearing (10) is provided with an axial support portion (18, 20). The axial support portion (18, 20) matches a thrust collar (22, 24) fixed on the rotary shaft (12). When the rotary shaft (12) rotates along a rotational direction, an oil film is formed between the axial support portion (18, 20) and the thrust collar (22, 24), such that the rotary shaft (12) is supported axially. The axial support portion (18, 20) is provided with multiple oil drainage grooves (26, 38). Each of the oil drainage grooves (26, 38) comprises a groove bottom surface (28), a first side wall surface (30), and a second side wall surface (32). The first side wall surface (30) is located on a side of the groove bottom surface (28) along the rotational direction. The second side wall surface (32) is located on a side of the groove bottom surface (28) opposite to the rotational direction. The first side wall surface (30) is provided with a bottom edge (34) abutting the groove bottom surface (28) and a top edge (36) abutting the axial support portion (18, 20). The first side wall surface (30) extends in an inclined manner along a curved surface in the rotational direction and in a direction from the bottom edge (34) to the top edge (36). The plain bearing of the invention causes less wear, results in lower temperature, has a smaller resistance force, and is therefore especially applicable to scenarios having harsh requirements on bearings or ultrahigh-speed scenarios.

Le palier lisse de l'invention provoque moins d'usure, génère une température inférieure, a une force de résistance moindre, et est donc particulièrement applicable à des scénarios imposant des exigences rigoureuses pour les paliers ou des scénarios à très haute vitesse.
