Abstract:
(EN) Provided in the present invention are a phosphor and a light emitting device having the same. The phosphor comprises an inorganic compound, the inorganic compound comprising a composition of an element A, an element D and an element M, wherein the element A is one or more selected from among La, Lu, Y, Tb and Gd, while D is Si or Si and Al, and M is one or more from among Ce, Eu, Sm, Pr and Dy; the crystal structure of the inorganic compound is a monoclinic crystal, and the chemical formula of the inorganic compound is AxDyNzOv:Mw, wherein 5<x<7, 10<y≤12, 18≤z≤22, 0≤v<1.5, 0<w<0.5. The inorganic compound having said element composition may emit yellow-orange light; the phosphor has a high luminous efficiency when combined with a blue-light chip; the inorganic compound may form a monoclinic crystal structure, said crystal structure being stable, and thus a high luminous efficiency may be maintained during practical applications, while color temperature is low.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un luminophore et un dispositif électroluminescent le contenant. Le luminophore comprend un composé inorganique, celui-ci comprenant une composition d'un élément A, d'un élément D et d'un élément M, l'élément A étant choisi parmi La, Lu, Y, Tb et/ou Gd, alors que D est Si, ou Si et Al, et M est choisi parmi Ce, Eu, Sm, Pr et/ou Dy ; la structure cristalline du composé inorganique est un cristal monoclinique, et la formule chimique du composé inorganique est AxDyNzOv:Mw, dans laquelle 5<x<7, 10<y≤12, 18≤z≤22, 0≤v<1,5, 0<w<0,5. Le composé inorganique ayant ladite composition d'éléments peut émettre une lumière jaune-orangé ; le luminophore possède un grand rendement lumineux quand il est combiné à une puce à lumière bleue ; le composé inorganique peut former une structure cristalline monoclinique, ladite structure cristalline étant stable, de sorte qu'un rendement lumineux élevé peut être maintenu au cours des applications pratiques, alors que la température de couleur est basse.
(ZH) 本发明提供了一种荧光体及具有其的发光装置。该荧光体包括无机化合物,无机化合物包含A元素、D元素、M元素的组成,其中A元素选自La、Lu、Y、Tb和Gd中的一种或几种,D为Si或者为Si和Al,M为Ce、Eu、Sm、Pr和Dy中的一种或几种,无机化合物的晶体结构为单斜晶体,无机化合物的化学式为AxDyNzOv:Mw,其中,5<x<7,10<y≤12,18≤z≤22,0≤v<1.5,0<w<0.5。具有上述元素组成的无机化合物能够发出黄橙色光该荧光体与蓝光芯片配合后其光效较高;无机化合物能够形成单斜晶体的晶体结构,该晶体结构比较稳定,因此在实际应用中能够保持较高的发光效率,色温较低。
