Title: DENTAL IMPLANT TREATMENT METHOD FOR RAPIDLY PROMOTING OSSEOINTEGRATION OF DENTAL IMPLANT WITH ALVEOLAR BONE
Abstract:
Disclosed is a dental implant treatment method for rapidly promoting the osseointegration of a dental implant with the alveolar bone, comprising the following steps: 1) preparing a dental implant by means of the mechanical processing of pure titanium materials; 2) performing a sandblasting and large-grits acid-etching (SLA) treatment on the dental implant; and 3) immersing the dental implant in a mussel mucin solution. Mussel mucin is a protein with a special viscosity secreted by marine mussels. Mussel mucin has the advantages of high strength, high toughness, strong acid resistance, strong alkali resistance, good biocompatibility, no toxic and side effects, no immune reaction, and being degradable. In addition, mussel mucin is a basic protein, and the molecular surface thereof is positively charged in the human physiological environment, so as to easily adsorb negatively-charged cells. The surface treatment of the dental implant with mussel mucin has no side effects on the dental implant and can rapidly promote the osseointegration of the implant with the alveolar bone.
