Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention are a paste composition used for preparing a solar cell electrode, a solar cell electrode, and a solar cell. The paste composition comprises electrically conductive powder, an organic carrier, and glass powder, the glass powder comprising 0.1-20wt% of PbO, 30-60wt%of Bi2O3, 1.0-15wt% of TeO2, and 8-30wt% of WO3, the mass ratio of the TeO2 and the WO3 being 0.5:1-1.75:1. Solar cell electrodes prepared using the paste composition of the present invention have excellent welding bonding strength and minimise series resistance (Rs), thus providing high conversion efficiency.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur une composition de pâte servant à la préparation d'une électrode de photopile, sur une électrode de photopile et sur une photopile. La composition de pâte comprend une poudre électroconductrice, un support organique et de la poudre de verre, la poudre de verre renfermant 0,1 à 20 % en poids de PbO, 30 à 60 % en poids de Bi2O3, 1,0 à 15 % en poids de TeO2, et 8 à 30 % en poids de WO3, le rapport de masse du TeO2 et du WO3 étant 0,5:1-1,75:1. Les électrodes de photopile préparées à l'aide de la composition de pâte de la présente invention présentent une excellente force de liaison de soudage et réduisent à un minimum la résistance série (Rs), ce qui permet d'obtenir un rendement de conversion élevé.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种用于制备太阳能电池电极的糊剂组合物、太阳能电池电极及太阳能电池。其中,该糊剂组合物包含导电粉末、有机载体和玻璃粉料,其中,玻璃粉料包含0.1~20wt%的PbO、30~60wt%的Bi2O3、1.0~15wt%的TeO2和8~30wt%的WO3,且TeO2与WO3的质量比为0.5:1~1.75:1。应用本发明的糊剂组合物制备的太阳能电池电极,和焊带有优异的粘合强度并且使串联电阻(Rs)最小化,从而提供高转换效率。
