Title: INSULATING COATING FOR ELECTRICAL STEEL SURFACES
Abstract:
An insulating coating for electrical steel surfaces comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of an epoxy resin, 15-23 parts of an alcohol soluble resin, 5-12 parts of a melamine formaldehyde resin, 30-40 parts of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 5-14 parts of a drier, 5-13 parts of a solid catalyst, 10-13 parts of an insulating additive, 30-40 parts of ethanol, and 25-35 parts of deionized water. Therein, the epoxy resin is selected from a water-soluble epoxy resin or an epoxy resin emulsion. The prepared electrical steel has a thick coating on the surface thereof with uniform film thickness, good adhesion, and excellent insulation, corrosion resistance, weldability, manufacturability, and scratch resistance.
