A crane hydraulic control system and a crane. The crane hydraulic control system comprises a prime mover (1), an execution control mechanism, a hydraulic energy conversion device (3), a running energy recycling device, and an operation energy recycling device. By means of cooperation among the operation energy recycling device, the running energy recycling device and the hydraulic energy conversion device (3), kinetic energy generated in a running brake process of the crane and potential energy generated in a heavy object drop process are respectively converted into hydraulic energy, and the hydraulic energy is recycled, stored and reused. By means of the structure, energy generated when the crane gets on a lorry and energy generated when the crane gets off from the lorry can be recycled, and energy waste is effectively reduced.

La présente invention concerne un système de commande hydraulique de grue et une grue. Le système de commande hydraulique de grue comprend un moteur principal (1), un mécanisme de commande d'exécution, un dispositif de conversion d'énergie hydraulique (3), un dispositif de recyclage d'énergie en marche et un dispositif de recyclage d'énergie de fonctionnement. Au moyen de la coopération entre le dispositif de recyclage d'énergie de fonctionnement, le dispositif de recyclage d'énergie en marche et le dispositif de conversion d'énergie hydraulique (3), l'énergie cinétique générée dans un processus de freinage en cours de la grue et l'énergie potentielle générée dans un processus de chute d'objet lourd sont respectivement converties en énergie hydraulique, et l'énergie hydraulique est recyclée, stockée et réutilisée. Au moyen de la structure, l'énergie générée lorsque la grue monte sur un camion et l'énergie générée lorsque la grue descend du camion peut être recyclée, et le gaspillage énergétique est réduit de manière efficace.

一种起重机液压控制系统和起重机,起重机液压控制系统包括原动机(1)、执行控制机构、液压能量转换装置(3)、行驶能量回收装置和作业能量回收装置,且通过作业能量回收装置及行驶能量回收装置与液压能量转换装置(3)的配合,能够将起重机行驶制动过程中的动能及重物下落过程中的势能分别转化为液压能进行回收存储并加以再次利用。通过上述结构,实现了对起重机上车能量和下车能量的回收利用,有效减少能源浪费。
