Abstract:
A GOA circuit, comprising a plurality of cascaded GOA circuit units; setting n to be a natural number larger than 0, the n-th GOA circuit unit comprises: a first thin film transistor (T1), a second thin film transistor (T2), a third thin film transistor (T3), a fourth thin film transistor (T4), a fifth thin film transistor (T5), a sixth thin film transistor (T6), a seventh thin film transistor (T7), an eighth thin film transistor (T8), a ninth thin film transistor (T9), a tenth thin film transistor (T10), a first capacitor (C1), and a second capacitor (C2). The GOA circuit can realize a function of forward and reverse scanning without requiring the cooperation of a D2U control signal and a U2D control signal, thus being helpful to some extent for the design of a narrower frame. Meanwhile, the driving schedule corresponding to the GOA circuit is simple, and IC cost can thus be reduced. Pre-charging units T1, T9, T3 and T10 of the circuit can effectively prevent Q-point electric leakage and thus the stability of the GOA circuit is guaranteed.
