Abstract:
An OLED display apparatus and a manufacturing method therefor. The optimal light-emitting efficiencies of red, green and blue OLED devices (30, 40, 50) are respectively achieved by respectively arranging first, second and third PEDOT:PSS conductive film layers (33, 43, 53) in the red, green and blue OLED devices (30, 40, 50) and arranging the first, second and third PEDOT:PSS conductive film layers (33, 43, 53) to be of different thicknesses. The first, second and third PEDOT:PSS conductive film layers (33, 43, 53) are all manufactured by means of an inkjet printing method, which is low in manufacturing cost and has a simple process. Compared with a traditional OLED display apparatus, the thicknesses of first, second and third hole transport layers (36, 46, 56) respectively arranged in the red, green and blue OLED devices (30, 40, 50) in the OLED display apparatus are equal. Therefore, the present invention can be formed in the same evaporation process by using a common metal mask plate, thereby saving three fine metal mask plates, reducing the manufacturing cost and reducing the process time.
