Abstract:
(EN) An array substrate (10), in which, by manufacturing a touch control circuit (40) and a source/drain electrode (18) at a same layer, the touch control circuit (40) receives a touch control signal sent out by a drive circuit (50) and sends same to a first transparent conductive layer (41). The array substrate (10) is a self-capacitance touch sensor, implementing an in-cell touch control function. Compared with the prior art, the manufacture of one metal layer and one insulation layer is removed, thereby achieving the purposes of reducing a process manufacturing procedure and saving raw materials, and further achieving the effect of shortening the manufacturing procedure time of a TFT substrate and of reducing the manufacturing costs of the TFT substrate. The TFT substrate has an in-cell touch control function, and has a simple structure and is low in manufacturing costs.
(FR) L'invention concerne un substrat de réseau (10), dans lequel, en fabriquant un circuit de commande tactile (40) et une électrode de source/drain (18) au niveau d'une même couche, le circuit de commande tactile (40) reçoit un signal de commande tactile envoyé par un circuit de commande (50) et l'envoie à une première couche conductrice transparente (41). Le substrat de réseau (10) est un capteur tactile à capacité propre, mettant en œuvre une fonction de commande tactile en cellule. Par comparaison avec l'état de la technique, la fabrication d'une couche métallique et d'une couche d'isolation est éliminée, ce qui permet de réduire une procédure de fabrication de processus et d'économiser des matières premières, et d'obtenir en outre l'effet de raccourcir le temps de procédure de fabrication d'un substrat TFT et de réduire les coûts de fabrication du substrat TFT. Le substrat TFT a une fonction de commande tactile en cellule, et a une structure simple et est peu coûteux à fabriquer.
(ZH) 一种阵列基板(10),通过将触控线路(40)与源/漏极(18)制作于同一层,由触控线路(40)接收驱动电路(50)发出的触控信号、并发送给第一透明导电层(41)。阵列基板(10)是自电容式触摸传感器,实现内嵌式触控功能。与现有技术相比,节省了一道金属层与一道绝缘层的制作,从而达到减少工艺制程、节约原料的目的,进而实现缩短TFT基板的制程时间以及降低TFT基板的制造成本的效果。其中,TFT基板具有内嵌式触控功能,且结构简单,制作成本低。
