Abstract:
The present invention discloses a communication fault detection method and apparatus and a radio remote circuit. The method comprises: transmitting a test signal from a first transmission channel through a first antenna of a radio remote unit; receiving the test signal with a second antenna of the radio remote unit, and returning the received test signal to a second transmission channel of the radio remote unit; sending a test signal received by the second transmission channel to a second receiving channel of the radio remote unit and/or to a feedback channel connected to the second transmission channel; and processing the test signal received by the second receiving channel and/or the feedback channel, and determining whether there is an abnormality in the received test signal in order to determine whether there is a fault in the communication system. By means of the method, the default in the communication system can be quickly and inexpensively detected without changing the hardware of existing communication systems.
