Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a built-in touch panel, comprising from bottom to top a first substrate (18), a conductive wire (48), an oriented film (38), a spacer (58) and a second substrate (28). The touch panel further comprises a black matrix covering the conductive wire (48), wherein, a total contact area between a first contact surface of the spacer (58) and the conductive wire (48) is not changed, and the spacer (58) can completely stand on the conductive wire (48) by changing the shape of the first contact surface, thus, when the panel is thinned and pressed, the spacer (58) cannot contact and rub with the oriented film (38) around the conductive wire (48) so as to avoid large-area uneven liquid crystal alignment, greatly decrease the black matrix area provided around the spacer (58), and improve the aperture ratio of a pixel.
(FR) L'invention concerne un panneau tactile intégré, comprenant de bas en haut un premier substrat (18), un fil conducteur (48), un film orienté (38), un espaceur (58) et un second substrat (28). Le panneau tactile comprend en outre une matrice noire recouvrant le fil conducteur (48), une zone de contact totale entre une première surface de contact de l'élément d'espacement (58) et le fil conducteur (48) n'étant pas modifié, et l'espaceur (58) pouvant rester complètement sur le fil conducteur (48) en changeant la forme de la première surface de contact, d'où, lorsque le panneau est aminci et pressé, l'espaceur (58) ne peut pas entrer en contact avec et frotter le film orienté (38) autour du fil conducteur (48) de façon à éviter un alignement irrégulier de cristaux liquides de grande surface, à réduire considérablement la zone de matrice noire disposée autour de l'élément d'espacement (58), et à améliorer le rapport d'ouverture d'un pixel.
(ZH) 一种内置触摸面板,自下而上依次包括第一基板(18)、导电线(48)、取向膜(38)、间隔物(58)和第二基板(28),还包括覆盖导电线(48)的黑色矩阵,不改变间隔物(58)的第一接触面与导电线(48)接触的总面积,通过改变第一接触面形状使得间隔物(58)完全站立于导电线(48)上,从而在面板减薄或按压的过程中,间隔物(58)就不会与导电线(48)周围的取向膜(38)接触摩擦,避免了大面积的液晶配向不均,所以间隔物(58)周围设置的黑色矩阵的面积大大减小,提高了像素的开口率。
