Provided is an intelligent method for distribution of electric energy, which grades a supply side load, including a first stage of load, a second stage of load...and an nth stage of load, wherein each stage of load is connected to the power grid through a general relay, and each stage of load further comprises multiple loads. A priority of the load is set so as to adopt a mode of hierarchical power supply, and a PLC controller is taken as a control core to obtain a load startup situation in real time. The working status of individual relays is recorded by the PLC controller and the individual relays can be controlled by the PLC controller. After a load with high priority is started, a reasonable exit mechanism is implemented for loads with low priority, so as to achieve an optimal system power distribution. The method can realize the hierarchical control of power supply load for the power grid. The method proposes an admission and exit mechanism for each load, enabling automatic optimization of load switching.
