Abstract:
A transmission optical assembly, an optical device, an optical module, and a passive optical network system. The transmission optical assembly comprises a substrate and a direct-modulation laser disposed on the substrate. A single-level isolator, a polarization direction rotator and a optical split filter are disposed on the substrate side by side along the propagation direction of light. The polarization direction rotator can adjust linearly polarized light into P polarized light. The optical split filter comprises an optical splitter assembly and a filter assembly, and an optical splitter film in the optical splitter assembly is a p-polarized optical splitter film. In the embodiment, linearly polarized light entering the polarization direction rotator is adjusted into p-polarized light by the polarization direction rotator; the optical splitter film in the optical split filter is a p-polarized optical splitter film, accordingly, all of singly-polarized p-polarized light can pass through the optical split filter after the light enters the optical split filter, polarization loss does not occur, dual peaks do not occur, the light exit rate of the transmission optical assembly is improved, and the optical device can better implement a wave locking function.
