Abstract:
(EN) A wood-grain stainless steel and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: connecting different grades of stainless steel sheets together by welding, and then cooling the welded stainless steel sheets to obtain a composite stainless steel rough billet; performing pattern preparation processing on the composite stainless steel rough billet; and performing high-temperature oxidation coloring to obtain the wood-grain stainless steel. The preparation method for the wood-grain stainless steel uses a high-temperature oxidation method to prepare a wood-grain stainless steel, which mainly comprises generating a thick oxide film on the surface of stainless steel at a high temperature to present a certain color. This method does not require the use of a coloring liquid, thereby avoiding damage caused by chromium ions to humans and the environment.
(FR) L'invention concerne un acier inoxydable similibois à haute résistance et un procédé de préparation s'y rapportant. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes consistant : à relier différentes classes de feuilles d'acier inoxydable ensemble par soudage, puis refroidir les feuilles d'acier inoxydable soudées pour obtenir une billette brute d'acier inoxydable composite ; à réaliser un traitement de préparation de motif sur la billette brute d'acier inoxydable composite ; et à réaliser une coloration d'oxydation à haute température pour obtenir l'acier inoxydable similibois. Le procédé de préparation de l'acier inoxydable similibois met en œuvre un procédé d'oxydation à haute température pour préparer un acier inoxydable similibois, qui consiste principalement à générer un film d'oxyde épais sur la surface d'acier inoxydable à une température élevée pour qu'il présente une certaine couleur. Ce procédé ne nécessite pas l'utilisation d'un liquide colorant, ce qui permet d'éviter les dommages causés par les ions chrome aux personnes et à l'environnement.
(ZH) 一种木纹不锈钢及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:将不同牌号的不锈钢薄片通过焊接连接在一起,再冷却,获得复合不锈钢粗坯;将复合不锈钢粗坯进行纹样制作处理;进行高温氧化着色,获得木纹不锈钢。该木纹不锈钢的制备方法是利用高温氧化法进行木纹不锈钢的制备,主要利用不锈钢在高温下在表面生成厚度更厚的氧化膜而呈现一定的颜色,这种方法不需要使用着色液,避免了铬离子给人类和环境带来的危害。
