Abstract:
A multi-station pipe necking device, comprising: lower die modules (10) each of which is provided with an accommodating cavity for receiving a pipe to be necked; a plurality of upper die modules (30) arranged to be spaced apart from each other; a stamping cylinder (40) for driving the plurality of upper die modules (30); a feeding assembly for stepwise driving the lower die modules (10) in the spacing direction of the upper die modules (30), so that the lower die modules (10) stay in sequence under the upper die modules; and the stamping cylinder (40) drives the upper die modules (30) to perform stamping-necking on the pipe to be necked on the lower die modules (30). The device can increase the automation degree of stamping-necking, improve production efficiency, and save labor and equipment costs.
