Abstract:
(EN) A manufacturing method for a high temperature-resistant valve connector, comprising the following steps: 1) material selection: a hard alloy tungsten steel of the grade of YL10 series is selected as a valve connector processing blank; 2) blank processing: the selected blank undergoes cylindrical grinding, drilling, internal grinding, and internal thread milling to produce a crude valve connector; 3) the surface of the crude valve connector undergoes grinding, polishing, ultrasonic cleaning, and drying to produce a valve connector; and 4) a high temperature-resistant coating is sprayed on the surface of the valve connector to acquire the high temperature-resistant valve connector. The valve connector so manufactured is provided with improved high temperature resistance and is well adapted for use in high temperature conditions.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un raccord de soupape résistant aux températures élevées, comprenant les étapes suivantes : 1) la sélection de matériau : un acier tungstène en alliage dur du grade de la série YL10 est choisi en tant qu'ébauche de traitement de raccord de soupape ; 2) le traitement d'ébauche : l'ébauche choisie subit un meulage cylindrique, un perçage, un meulage interne et un fraisage de filetage interne en vue de produire un raccord de soupape brut ; 3) la surface du raccord de soupape brut subit un meulage, un polissage, un nettoyage par ultrasons et un séchage en vue de produire un raccord de soupape ; et 4) un revêtement résistant aux températures élevées est pulvérisé sur la surface du raccord de soupape en vue d'obtenir le raccord de soupape résistant aux températures élevées. Le raccord de soupape ainsi fabriqué est doté d'une résistance aux températures élevées améliorée et est bien adapté à une utilisation dans des conditions de températures élevées.
(ZH) 一种耐高温阀门连接件的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)选材,选择牌号为YL10系列的硬质合金钨钢作为阀门连接件的加工坯料;2)坯料加工,对选好的坯料进行外圆磨、钻孔、内圆磨、铣处内螺纹、得到粗制阀门连接件;3)对粗制阀门连接件表面进行研磨、抛光、超声清洗、干燥,得到阀门连接件;4)将耐高温涂层喷涂到阀门连接件表面,获得耐高温阀门连接件。制造得到的阀门连接件具有较好的耐高温性质,可以很好的适应高温条件下的使用。
