Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a system for extracting aroma in a facility containing a plurality of fermentation vats for preparing drinks such as white wine, red wine, beer and juice, for applying a method for extracting aroma from said fermentation vats, said system comprising at least one connecting system and at least one aroma-extracting device, and said connecting system comprising a control means such as a logical programmer (PLC). The invention also relates to a multiple connection system for connecting said plurality of fermentation vats and said aroma-extracting device, and to a method for extracting aroma from fermentation vats of a beverage such as white wine, red wine, beer and juice.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de récupération d’arôme dans une installation comprenant plusieurs cuves de fermentation pour préparer des boissons, telles que par exemple, du vin blanc, du vin rouge, de la bière et des jus, pour employer un procédé de récupération d’arôme à partir desdites cuves de fermentation; lequel système comprend au moins un système de raccordement et au moins un dispositif de récupération d’arôme, ledit système de raccordement comprenant un moyen de commande comme par exemple un programmateur logique (PLC). L’invention porte en outre sur un système de raccordement multiple servant à raccorder les multiples cuves de fermentation et ledit dispositif de récupération d’arômes et un procédé de récupération d’arôme à partir de cuves de fermentation d’une boisson comme, par exemple, du vin blanc, du vin rouge, de la bière et des jus.
(ES) La presente invención describe un sistema recuperador de aroma en una instalación con una pluralidad de cubas fermentativas para preparar bebidas como, por ejemplo, vino blanco, vino tinto, cervezas y jugos, para aplicar un método de recuperación de aroma desde dichas cubas fermentativas; dicho sistema comprende al menos un sistema de conexión, y al menos un equipo recuperador de aroma, en donde dicho sistema de conexión comprende un medio de control como por ejemplo un programador lógico (PLC). La invención describe además un sistema de conexión múltiple para conectar dicha pluralidad de cubas fermentativas y dicho equipo recuperador de aromas, y un método de recuperación de aroma a partir de cubas fermentativas de una bebida como, por ejemplo, vino blanco, vino tinto, cervezas y jugos.
