Abstract:
(EN) The present utility model relates to an improvement to the lateral protection (160) for cathodes (1) used in the electrodeposition of zinc in electrolytic cells (3), the cathode (1) having a plate (10) having a thickness (ec) and first and second lateral edges (17), and a bar (20) attached to the upper portion of the plate (10), the lateral protection comprising a profile (60) having a thickness (eP) and means for attaching the profile to the first and second lateral edges (17) of the plate (10), the useable width of the zinc deposition surface (Lz) being equal to the surface width (LT) of the plate.
(FR) La présent modèle d'utilité concerne une amélioration apportée à une protection latéale (160) pour les cathodes (1) utilisées dans le procédé d'électrodéposition de zinc métallique dans des cuves électrolytiques (3), la cathode (1) comprenant une plaque (10) présentant une épaisseur (ec) et des premier et second bords latéraux (17), ainsi qu'une barre (20) fixée à la partie supérieure de la plaque (10), la protection possédant une partie profilée (60) présentant une épaisseur (eP) et des moyens de fixation de la partie profilée auxdits premier et second bords latéraux (17) de la plaque (10), la largeur utile de la surface de dépôt du zinc étant égale à la largeur superficielle de la plaque (LT).
(PT) O presente modelo de utilidade refere-se a um aperfeiçoamento em proteção lateral (160) para os cátodos (1) utilizados no processo de eletrodeposição de zinco metálico em cubas eletrolíticas (3), o cátodo (1) compreendendo uma chapa (10), dotada de uma espessura (ec) e primeira e segunda bordas laterais (17), e uma barra (20) presa à parte superior da chapa (10), a proteção lateral compreende um perfil (60) tendo uma espessura (eP) e meios de fixação do perfil às primeira e segunda bordas laterais (17) da chapa (10), a largura útil da superfície de deposição do zinco (Lz) sendo igual à largura superficial da chapa (LT).
