Abstract:
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein thermoplastisches Polyurethan, erhältlich oder erhalten durch Umsetzung einer Polyisocyanatzusammensetzung, eines Kettenverlangerers, und einer Polyolzusammensetzung, wobei die Polyolzusammensetzung mindestens ein Polyol (P1) umfasst, das ein Molekulargewicht Mw im Bereich von 1500 bis 2500 g/Mol aufweist und mindestens einen aromatischen Polyester-Block (B1) aufweist. Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formkörpers umfassend ein derartiges thermoplastisches Polyurethan sowie Formkörper, erhältlich oder erhalten gemäß einem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren.
(EN) The invention relates to a thermoplastic polyurethane, obtainable or obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate composition, a chain extender, and polyol composition, wherein the polyol composition comprises at least one polyol (P1), which has a molecular weight MW in the range from 1500 to 2500 g/mol and has at least one aromatic polyester block (B1). The invention further relates to a method for producing a molded body comprising such a thermoplastic polyurethane, and to molded bodies, obtainable or obtained using a method according to the invention.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un polyuréthane thermoplastique obtenu ou pouvant être obtenu par réaction d'une composition de polyisocyanate, d'un allongeur de chaîne et d'une composition de polyol, la composition de polyol contenant au moins un polyol (P1) qui présente un poids moléculaire Mw de l'ordre de 1500 à 2500 g/mol et qui contient au moins un bloc polyester aromatique (B1) La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication d'un corps moulé comprenant un polyuréthane thermoplastique de ce type, ainsi que des corps moulés obtenus ou pouvant être obtenus selon un procédé de l'invention.
