Disclosed are an OLED display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. A negative electrode (70) of the OLED display panel manufactured according to the manufacturing method has a double-layer structure. The negative electrode (70) comprises an entire first metal layer (71), and a second metal layer (72) arranged on the first metal layer (71) and corresponding to a non-pixel region of the OLED display panel, thus in a pixel region of the OLED display panel, the negative electrode (70) is formed by the first metal layer (71) and is semi-transparent, and in the non-pixel region of the OLED display panel, the negative electrode (70) is formed by the first metal layer (71) and the second metal layer (72), arranged in an overlapping manner, and is non-transparent, so on the one hand, the light transmittance of the pixel region of the OLED display panel is not affected, and meanwhile, no light is emitted from the non-pixel region of the OLED display panel, thereby effectively improving the contrast of the OLED display panel, and improving a display effect; and on the other hand, by arranging the negative electrode (70) to have a double-layer structure, the conductivity of the negative electrode (70) can be improved, thereby reducing the power consumption of the OLED display panel.
