Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a locomotive structure of a railway vehicle. The locomotive structure comprises a vehicle body main structure (1), a driver cab frame (2) and an anti-creeper installation structure (4), wherein the anti-creeper installation structure (4) is a double-layer box structure in a t shape, with two side ends respectively fixedly connected to an underframe edge beam (14) and a coupler installation base (11) at a corresponding side; and a driver cab floor (12) covers the anti-creeper installation structure from above. The locomotive structure possesses great longitudinal and vertical strength and stiffness, wherein a single anti-creeper installation area is capable of bearing a longitudinal compression force of 600 kN and a vertical weight of 13t. With a large longitudinal adjustment, the locomotive structure can get infinitely close to a floor surface of a vehicle body, solving the problem of matching with vehicles of existing railways; and dependency on the strength of the underframe edge beam is remarkably reduced, which favours of realizing a streamlined shape.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de locomotive d'un véhicule ferroviaire. La structure de locomotive comprend une structure principale de carrosserie de véhicule (1), un cadre de cabine de conducteur (2) et une structure d'installation anti-cheminement (4), la structure d'installation anti-cheminement (4) étant une structure de boîte à double couche en forme de t, dont deux extrémités latérales dont respectivement reliées de manière fixe à un faisceau de bord de sous-châssis (14) et une base d'installation de coupleur (11) sur un côté correspondant ; un plancher de cabine de conducteur (12) recouvre la structure d'installation anti-cheminement par le dessus. La structure de locomotive possède une grande résistance longitudinale et verticale et une rigidité élevée, une seule zone d'installation anti-cheminement étant capable de supporter une force de compression longitudinale de 600 kN et un poids vertical de 13 t. Avec un grand réglage longitudinal, la structure de locomotive peut se rapprocher à l'infini d'une surface de plancher d'une carrosserie de véhicule, résolvant le problème de mise en correspondance avec des véhicules de chemins de fer existants ; la dépendance de la résistance du faisceau de bord de sous-châssis est remarquablement réduite, ce qui favorise l'obtention d'une forme profilée.
(ZH) 一种轨道车辆车头结构,包括车体主结构(1)、司机室骨架(2)和防爬器安装结构(4);所述防爬器安装结构(4)为T型双层箱型结构,其两侧端分别与相应侧的底架边梁(14)及车钩安装座(11)固定相连,该防爬器安装结构的上方覆盖有司机室地板(12)。该结构具有很好的纵向和垂向强度及刚度,单个防爬器安装区域能承受600kN的纵向压缩力和13t的垂向重量,纵向方向调节量大,可无限接近车体地板面,解决了与既有线路车辆的匹配问题;大幅减少了对底架边梁前端强度的依赖,有利于实现流线型造型。
