Title: HONEYCOMB REINFORCED PANEL STRUCTURE SUITABLE FOR INTERNAL PORTION OF ROTATING FRAME OF PROTON THERAPEUTIC DEVICE
Abstract:
A honeycomb reinforced panel structure suitable for an internal portion of a rotating frame of a proton therapeutic device, comprising an upper honeycomb reinforced panel (2) and a lower honeycomb reinforced panel (5) installed, via a connecting structure (4), within a cylindrical main structure (1); the upper honeycomb reinforced panel (2) and lower honeycomb reinforced panel (5) are arranged symmetrical to each other, and both are assembled using a basic structure of an arrangement of a plurality of regular hexagons, and a ring-shaped structure (6) is provided at a connecting node between the basic structures adjacent to each other; a density adjustment structure (3) is provided on the upper and lower honeycomb reinforced panels (2, 5). The honeycomb reinforced panel structure reinforces an internal structure of the cylindrical main structure (1) of the rotating frame of the proton therapeutic device and can effectively minimize the weight of the rotating frame and reduce manufacturing costs thereof while meeting strength requirements of the cylindrical main structure (1). The upper and lower honeycomb reinforced panels (2, 5) adopt a simple structural technique. The density of the upper and lower honeycomb reinforced panels (2, 5) can be adjusted according to actual requirements, thereby reducing processing costs.
