Abstract:
(EN) A silicon carbide-reinforced stibium-stannum-copper alloy bar for high speed locomotive gears and a manufacturing method therefor. The alloy bar consists of the following components in percentage by weight: silicon carbide (SiC) 0.5-1.5%, stannum (Sn) 6-7.5%, stibium (Sb) 2-3%, lanthanum (La) and cerium (Ce) 0.1-0.5%, and the balance of copper. The method comprises fusing a non-metallic material (silicon carbide) and metallic materials (copper, stibium, and stannum) to prepare a composite material by means of a particular process of smelting, stirring, and casting. Both the hardness and wear resistance of the composite material are superior to those of a conventional leaded stannum bronze alloy, thereby further meeting requirements of specialized gears of a high speed locomotive.
(FR) L'invention concerne une barre en alliage d'antimoine-étain-cuivre renforcé par du carbure de silicium pour engrenages de locomotive à grande vitesse et son procédé de fabrication. La barre d'alliage est constituée des constituants suivants en pourcentage en poids : carbure de silicium (SiC) 0,5 à 1,5 %, étain (Sn) 6 à 7,5 %, antimoine (Sb) 2 à 3 %, lanthane (La) et cérium (Ce) 0,1 à 0,5 %, et le reste de cuivre. Le procédé comprend la fusion d'un matériau non métallique (carbure de silicium) et de matériaux métalliques (cuivre, antimoine et étain) pour préparer un matériau composite au moyen d'un procédé particulier de fusion, d'agitation et de coulée. La dureté et la résistance à l'usure du matériau composite sont toutes les deux supérieures à celles d'un alliage d'étain-bronze au plomb classique, ce qui répond davantage aux exigences des engrenages spécialisés d'une locomotive à grande vitesse.
(ZH) 一种用于高速机车齿轮的碳化硅增强锑锡铜合金棒及其制备方法,合金棒由以下重量百分数的组分组成:碳化硅(SiC)0.5‑1.5%,锡(Sn)6‑7.5%,锑(Sb)2‑3%,镧(La)和铈(Ce)0.1‑0.5%,余量为铜。本方法通过特定的熔炼、搅拌、铸造工艺,将非金属材料(碳化硅)与金属材料(铜、锑、锡)进行融合,从而制成复合材料,该复合材料的硬度和耐磨性能均优越于传统的添加铅元素的锡青铜合金和耐磨性能,从而进一步满足高速机车专用齿轮的要求。
