Abstract:
A mechanism for automatic sequencing and entering of batteries (5),comprising: a first conveying device (51), several battery positioning devices (52) provided at one end of the first conveying device (51), and an eighth driving device (53) for pushing the batteries in the battery positioning devices (52) into a machining zone (4); the battery positioning device (52) comprising a battery positioning baffle (521) and a ninth driving device (522) for driving the battery positioning baffle (521) to extend out or retract into the surface of the first conveying device (51). The first conveying device (51) is divided into several portions, and the several portions are controlled individually. The eighth driving device (53) comprises a pushing block cylinder and a pushing block. The battery positioning devices (52) are provided with sensors. Said mechanism for automatic sequencing and entering of batteries (5) is applied to an integrated, fully-automatic machine for high-speed terminal welding and color dispensing, enabling batteries to be automatically sequenced and enter the battery terminal welding zone, improving efficiency and reducing cost.
