Abstract:
A precious metal nanomaterial-containing QLED, comprising in a sequentially stacked arrangement an anode (1), cavity functional layers (2 and 3), a quantum dot light-emitting layer (4), electronic functional layers (5 and 6), and a cathode (7). The QLED contains a precious metal nanomaterial. Also, the precious metal nanomaterial is a precious metal core-shell-structured composite nanomaterial and comprises a precious metal core and a shell structure enveloping the precious metal core. Of the cavity functional layers (2 and 3), the quantum dot light-emitting layer (4), and the electronic functional layers (5 and 6), at least one is doped with the precious metal core-shell-structured composite nanomaterial; or the precious metal core-shell-structured composite nanomaterial is provided as a precious metal core-shell-structured nanolayer between the structures of any two adjacent layers of the cavity functional layers (2 and 3), the quantum dot light-emitting layer (4), and the electronic functional layers (5 and 6).
