Title: TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLABLE DIMMING FILM WITH FUNCTION OF SHIELDING NEAR-INFRARED LIGHT, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Abstract:
Disclosed is a temperature-controllable dimming film with a function of shielding near-infrared light. The temperature-controllable dimming film comprises a macromolecular network skeleton and liquid crystal molecules, wherein the macromolecular network skeleton consists of a polymer-dispersed liquid crystal network structure and a polymer-stabilized liquid crystal network structure; the macromolecular network skeleton comprises a macromolecular matrix containing meshes; there are vertically arranged macromolecular networks inside the meshes; the liquid crystal molecules are dispersed inside the macromolecular network skeleton, and have undergone a transformation from a smectic phase (SmA) to a cholesteric phase (N*); and nano-particles are dispersed between the skeleton and the liquid crystal molecules, and the nano-particles have an absorption capability of between 800 nm and 3000 nm. By using the method for step-by-step polymerization, PD & SLC network structures are built between two substrates, thereby greatly improving the bonding strength between the two substrates, and greatly improving the heat insulation performance of a temperature-controllable liquid crystal dimming film.
