Abstract:
Provided are a method and system for mitigating feeling of lag of a mouse cursor action in a KVM system. Since an image capturing module (3012) does not capture a mouse cursor of a remote operation system (301) when capturing a desktop image of the remote operation system (301), a mouse cursor displayed by an agent site management software terminal (303) is a local mouse cursor of a PC thereof, and thus lag in a mouse cursor action is unnoticeable to an operator. Moreover, since a keyboard and mouse cursor event capture module (3055) has transmitted, by means of a network, a mouse cursor action event to the remote operation system (301) and performed a responding and corresponding mouse cursor action in a keyboard and mouse cursor event response module (3015) at the remote operation system (301) side, it appears that the operator is operating the mouse cursor of the remote operation system (301). The above method and system effectively mitigate feeling of lag occurring when a software solution of an agent site management system performs control on a mouse cursor in a KVM system, such that an operator can control a mouse cursor more accurately, thereby significantly improving efficiency and experience of the operator.
