Title: INTEGRALLY CAST VACUUM CIRCUIT BREAKER MONOPOLE
Abstract:
An integrally cast vacuum circuit breaker monopole, pertaining to the technical field of circuit breakers. The vacuum circuit breaker monopole comprises a cast sealed body (13), an inlet terminal insert (11), a vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber (12), an outlet terminal insert (14), a connecting rod (16), and an insulated pull rod (15). The inlet terminal insert (11) is fixedly connected to the left end of the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber (12). The outlet terminal insert (14) is fixedly connected to the right end of the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber (12) via the connecting rod (16). The left end of the insulated pull rod (15) is fixedly connected to the right end of the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber (12) through the connecting rod (16).The outlet terminal insert (14) is located below the insulated pull rod (15), and the inlet terminal insert (11) is coaxial with the insulated pull rod (15). The inlet terminal insert (11), the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber (12), the outlet terminal insert (14), and the connecting rod (16) are all disposed inside the cast sealed body (13). The cast sealed body (13) is detachably connected to the insulated pull rod (15), and the cast sealed body (13) is integrally cast. The cast sealed body (13) is fixedly connected to the inlet terminal insert (11) and the outlet terminal insert (14) in a sealed manner, bringing a desirable insulating property and a strong sealing property, and the cast sealed body (13) is cast by adopting a novel casting process, realizing excellent progress in terms of impact absorption, breakage resistance, and crack spread resistance.
