Title: COMPOSITE WATER-PERMEABLE BRICK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Abstract:
A composite water-permeable brick and a manufacturing method therefor, comprising a surface layer and a bottom layer. Raw materials for the surface layer comprise a construction aggregate, a surface layer binding agent, an aqueous epoxy resin, an aqueous epoxy curing agent, a cement alkaline inhibitor, a water reducer, and water. Raw materials for the bottom layer comprise a construction aggregate, sand, a cement, a redispersible latex powder, a cement alkaline inhibitor, and a water reducer. With colored sand serving as the construction aggregate for the surface layer, an adequate amount of cement serving as the binding agent for the surface layer and the bottom layer, and combined with a certain additive, effectively solved is the problem of surface layer aging, sand crumbling, color fading, expensiveness, and insecure binding with the bottom layer caused by an organic binding agent, and at the same time, also prevented is the problem of the coloring effects and water permeability of the surface layer being affected by an inorganic binding agent such as a cement.
