Title: DIE SET FOR EXTENDING AND SPINNING OUTER CYLINDER OF SILICONE OIL DAMPER HOUSING OF CRANKSHAFT
Abstract:
A die set for extending and spinning the outer cylinder of a silicone oil damper housing of a crankshaft, comprising an upper die (1), a lower die (2), a flanging wheel (3) and a spinning and flattening wheel (4) mounted on a spinning machine. The upper die and the lower die are mounted on a rotary shaft of the spinning machine, the upper surface of the lower die (2) having a groove (7) for receiving an inner cylinder (8) of a silicone oil damper of a crankshaft, a circular sheet (5) which is equipped with the inner cylinder (8) being placed on the lower die (2) and being pressed by means of the upper die (1); the flanging wheel (3) and the spinning and flattening wheel (4) are mounted on a roller carrier of the spinning machine, and symmetrically located at two sides of the lower die (2), an angle of 45° being formed between the wheel axis of the flanging wheel (3) and the central axis of the upper die and the lower die, the wheel axis of the spinning and flattening wheel (4) being parallel to the central axis of the upper die and the lower die. The die set for extending and spinning the outer cylinder of a silicone oil damper housing of a crankshaft achieves the pressing and rotation of a circular sheet by means of the upper die and the lower die, achieves flanging and thickening operations by means of the flanging wheel, and performs a pressing and flattening process to the flanged sheet by means of the spinning and flattening wheel so as to form an outer cylinder structure that satisfies the requirements, simplifying the cumbersome process operation.
