Abstract:
A PFC forward full-bridge based intelligent modified-wave voltage conversion circuit, comprising an input unit (10), a PFC boosting unit (20), an isolated two-transistor forward converter (30), and an inverting phase reversal unit (60). The isolated two-transistor forward converter (30) comprises a first switch transistor (Q6), a second switch transistor (Q7), a first fly-wheel diode (D3), a second fly-wheel diode (D2), a second rectifying diode (D5), a transformer (T1), a filtering inductor (L3), and a first electrolytic capacitor (C3); the drain of the first switch transistor is connected to the output end of the PFC boosting unit; the source of the first switch transistor is connected to a first end of the primary winding of the transformer; a second end of the primary winding of the transformer is connected to the drain of the second switch transistor; the source of the second switch transistor is connected with front end ground (HGND1); the gate of the first switch transistor and the gate of the second switch transistor are used for accessing the same PWM signal. The inverting phase reversal unit (60) is used for performing inverting conversion on the output voltage of the isolated two-transistor forward converter and then outputting an alternating current. The intelligent modified-wave voltage conversion circuit improves PF value and output voltage quality.
