A method for controlling a target, a control apparatus, a control device and a computer readable medium. The method comprises: obtaining the current position of a target; and determining members controlling the target and the arrival position and time of each member according to the current position of the target, and for each selected member, notifying the arrival position and time of the member to the members. The position is a position where the target can be controlled. Some or all of the members are robots. According to the method, members for controlling are adjusted by means of cloud computing in real time to achieve intelligent control, and therefore, the technical problem in the prior art of limitations caused by manual control can be solved.
