Title: TORCH FOR SUPPLYING COOLING AIR BY USING AIR SOURCE ENERGY
Abstract:
A torch for supplying cooling air by using air source energy comprises a combustion device (10), a turbocompressor (12), a fuel gas channel (14), and a cooling air channel (16). The fuel gas channel (14) and the cooling air channel (16) are respectively connected between the turbocompressor (12) and the combustion device (10). The combustion device (10) comprises a fuel gas inlet (18) and a cooling channel inlet (20) communicating the wall surface of a combustion chamber of the combustion device (10). The turbocompressor (12) comprises a rotating shaft (22), and comprises a turbine (24) and an air compressor (26) that are fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft (22). The turbine (24) comprises a turbine inlet (28) and a turbine outlet (30). The fuel gas channel (14) is connected between the turbine outlet (30) and the fuel gas inlet (18) of the combustion device (10), and the cooling air channel (16) is connected between an outlet portion (34) of the air compressor and the cooling channel inlet (20) of the combustion device (10). Air is compressed by the air compressor (26), then passes though the outlet portion (34) of the air compressor, is discharged to the cooling air channel (16), then passes through the cooling channel inlet (20) and enters a combustion chamber cooling structure of the combustion device (10). The torch also comprises a radiator (36) disposed on the cooling air channel (16), used for cooling the compressed air discharged by the outlet portion (34) of the air compressor to reduce the temperature. The torch resolves the problem of failure to cool the wall surface of the combustion chamber, increases the service life of the combustion chamber, reduce the volume of the device, and reduce costs.
